Ashley Cutcher, MSW

Ashley Cutcher, MSW is the Associate Director of the Human Trafficking and Social Justice Institute at the University of Toledo. 

As an adjunct Instructor, she teaches courses on human behavior in the social environment and as a founder, she also runs an organization named More to Moms. Through the organization, she educates and advocates for mental health and conducts psycho-social groups for women who are pregnant or postpartum.

Dr. Celia Williamson

Named one of the top 30 most influential social workers alive, Dr. Celia Williamson has over 25 years of anti-trafficking experience. 

She is a distinguished university professor of social work and executive director of the Human Trafficking and Social Justice Institute at the University of Toledo where she has received 13 years of federal funding to study sex trafficking and prostitution. She also hosts the oldest and largest international academic human trafficking conference in the world.

Kerri Shaw, MSW

Kerri Shaw, MSW is an Associate Professor of Instruction and Field Director at the Ohio University College of Health Sciences and Professions. 

She is an award-winning social worker and became the Athens County Woman of the Year in 2014. She has also received the MEDTAPP Community Health Worker grant.

Louis Guardiola, MSW

Mr. Louis Guardiola, MSW  joined the social work program at The University of Toledo as a field director in 2014.

 He has over 20 years in the practice of behavioral health care and holds professional licenses in social work and chemical dependency. His primary research/practice interests include cross-cultural communications, Latino/Hispanic mental health/health issues, and macro social work practice.
